What type of influencers do you work with?

Our platform features a diverse array of profiles encompassing Lifestyle, Food, Fashion, Humor, Beauty, Photography, Gym and more, catering to a wide range of preferences. Profiles on the application span from 4K followers to the profiles with several million followers, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

How many influencers will I receive per month?

The quantity of requests varies among institutions and fluctuates from month to month. Nevertheless, we encourage our clients to reassess their offer if there are limited requests from influencers. Our goal is to ensure that brands and establishments have a minimum of 20 requests per month, and we strive to achieve this for our clients.

What should I offer creators in exchange for their content?

Craft a compelling offer centered around your business’s services or products to entice influencers to accept. If needed, we are available to collaborate with you on developing an offer that resonates effectively with influencers. 

Why is it recommended to include a “+1” in the campaign for creators?

Permitting creators to bring a friend or companion along to partake in the offer not only enhances the overall experience but also contributes to heightened exposure for your campaign. The inclusion of their guest enables the potential for additional social media sharing, thereby amplifying your brand’s reach and visibility.

When can I start my campaign?

Upon receiving all the requisite details, our team will require a minimum of 24 hours to create the campaign. Following approval, we can initiate the campaign and commence the collaboration.

How can I avoid having the same creators participate in my campaign repeatedly?

We have the flexibility to establish the number of gap days between when a creator can redeem the same campaign on our platform. Nevertheless, we highly recommend fostering ongoing collaborations with the same creator. This approach is advantageous as their followers are more likely to exhibit interest when they observe the creator consistently utilizing and promoting the service or the place.

Do I have to justify the rejections?

When choosing to decline an influencer request, there is no obligation to provide a specific reason for the refusal. Influencers are accustomed to occasional rejections from establishments/brands, and generally, they understand that it is a common aspect of collaborations. Such refusals are typically not taken as a personal offense.

What are the conditions for influencers?

The basic arrangement for influencers includes creating a minimum of 4 stories, tagging the establishment or brand, and submitting a positive review on Google or TripAdvisor. Additionally, we provide various other options based on your chosen package.

What payment methods are available for campaigns?

Our campaign payment model operates on a subscription basis, and payments can be conveniently processed using a payment link.

How do I sign up my business?

Can I cancel my subscription?

You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to  contact@privlisty.com. Kindly be aware that a notice period of 7 days is necessary to avoid incurring charges for the subsequent month.

Influencers & models
What are the requirements to be accepted?

We are always on the lookout for models, bloggers and influencers who embody trendiness, style, and uniqueness. To be eligible for Privlisty membership, you must maintain a public Instagram profile with a minimum of 4,000 authentic followers. Furthermore, we require a consistent track record of generating high-quality content and demonstrating a robust engagement rate on your posts.

How do I book for an event?

If you read an offer that interest you, you simply click on the button “Attend”. The venue will then study your request and reply accordingly by rejecting or accepting it by sending you an invitation by email. You must receive a personal invitation to take part to an event.

What should I do when I arrive at an establishment after being accepted?

Upon arrival, kindly present the invitation that you received via email at the entrance and indicate that you are a member of Privlisty. This will facilitate your entry and ensure a seamless experience at the venue.

Can I cancel if I have an emergency?

Cancellation is permitted up to 4 hours before the reserved date and time. This advance notice allows us to inform the restaurant appropriately. If there is a no-show or a last-minute cancellation, a suspension of your account for 6 days will be imposed. In the event of a recurrence, a complete ban will be enforced.

What would happen if I don’t post or if I don’t come?

Failure to adhere to the conditions stipulated by the establishment and/or Privlisty will result in the influencer being suspend for 6 days the first time and banned from the website the second time. Subsequently, collaboration with any other brand through Privlisty will not be permitted.

What benefits can I expect from Privlisty?

On our platform, you have the opportunity to avail yourself of a diverse range of complimentary benefits and offers, including dinners, salon experiences, deliveries, hotel stays, products, and services from our partnered businesses. In return, we request your promotion of these businesses on your social media platforms.

How do I sign up?

To become a member with Privlisty, click on “Sign Up,” and submit your application. Our team will review your application and respond to you accordingly.

How long does it take to be approved?

The approval process typically takes up to 7 days. However, please note that during periods of high application volume, the review period may extend beyond this timeframe.

How will I be notified if I’ve been approved?

Upon the approval of your application, you will receive a confirmation message via email from Privlisty.

Is there a cost to become a member?

No, there is no cost associated with becoming a member with Privlisty. In return for this complimentary membership, we anticipate your contribution in creating content and promoting the partnered businesses on your social media channel.

Is everything complementary, or I have to pay?

All services are completely free unless explicitly stated otherwise by the establishments or partners.

Can I join 2 events in the same night?

Attending two events on the same night is not permissible unless there is a minimum 3-hour gap between them, unless specified otherwise.

The event is full, can I still join?

Unfortunately, events have limited spots, so it is essential to act swiftly to secure your booking. In the event of full capacity, you can monitor for cancellations and promptly book your spot if one becomes available.

What if my application to become a member was not approved?

In the event that your application was not approved, you are welcome to reapply after a waiting period of 20 days. Utilize this time to enhance your content, increase your following, and improve your engagement rate before submitting a new application.

What type of content should I create?

As a Privlisty member, it is essential to craft engaging content that complies with the venue’s guidelines outlined in the offer email. This guarantees that your content aligns with the business’s expectations and fulfills the campaign goals effectively.

When should I submit the deliverables?

Kindly submit screenshots of your content within 24 hours of accepting an offer. Failure to do so may lead to account restrictions until the content is uploaded.

How often can I redeem an offer and are there any restrictions?

You have the option redeem new offers every day. However, to guarantee equal and fair access to Privlisty services for all members, there is a waiting period of 24 hours or more, depending on the partner, between redeeming vouchers from the same category.

What are the consequences if I show up late at the venue or did not follow the dress code?

Privlisty upholds strict policies concerning arrival times, dress codes, and content requirements. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the venue reserving the right to deny entry. To prevent any inconvenience, it is crucial to diligently follow the instructions provided for each offer.

Can I bring someone with me for every offer/event?

The availability of a “+1” is clearly outlined in each offer. Certain offers automatically include a “+1,” while others necessitate you to manually add a companion. This information can be found in the description section.

What should I do if I had a bad experience at the venue?

If you encounter any issues or have a negative experience at the venue, please reach out to our customer support team. We will promptly address the matter by liaising with the venue and working towards a resolution.

How can I change my phone/WhatsApp number, Instagram username, and email address?

To update your account information, including your phone/WhatsApp number, Instagram username, or email address, you have two options. You can either reach out to the Privlisty Support Team and request the necessary changes, or you can make the updates directly in your Privlisty account through your profile settings.

How can I unsubscribe?

If you wish to unsubscribe from our platform, you simply have to contact our support at contact@privlisty.com.

My account is deactivated, what do I need to do?

If your account has been deactivated, it is likely due to a violation of one or multiple rules outlined by Privlisty, or your Instagram account is not connected to the app. It is crucial to update your app profile whenever you modify or change your Instagram account.

For minor rule violations, your account will be reactivated after a 2-week period. However, if we receive complaints from venues regarding your behavior, you may be banned from accessing those venues in the future. In the event of multiple complaints from different venues, permanent deactivation may occur.

Password problem: what to do?

If you encounter difficulty logging in, you can attempt to change your password by selecting “Forgot Password” during the login process. If you wish to change your password voluntarily, you can do so through the “Change my password” tab.
